Loving Geography at Trinity
MAP DETECTIVES and GLOBE TROTTERS!
At Trinity, our children just love to learn about our amazing world!
We have all been busy developing our mapping skills, from Reception children who have drawn a map of their own street to Y5 and Y6 who have working with OS maps of the local area, locating places with 4 figure co-ordinates, and tracking the movement of ocean currents around the world.
KS 1 have been busy learning about the UK - Y2 are making wonderful travel posters that will entice people from around the world to visit some famous physical features in the UK!
Children in Y3 have also developed the travel bug - they are learning about the different countries in Europe, and just love using atlases to find out more!
